How to Efficiently Prepare for Physics Olympiads Alongside R

Hi everyone,

I'm currently in my final years of school and I'm aiming to participate in the upcoming Physics Olympiads. The problem I'm facing is balancing intensive Olympiad prep with regular school assignments and exams. I feel like I'm constantly running out of time, and sometimes I’m not sure whether I should prioritize depth (e.g. theory-heavy topics like thermodynamics or electromagnetism) or breadth (covering all topics at a surface level).

For those who have competed or are currently preparing, how did you structure your study schedule effectively? Any specific resources or strategies you'd recommend to cover both school and Olympiad-level material without burning out?
